Main Bio

Sarah’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a special focus on construction law. In construction, she has experience in complex construction disputes, mechanic’s liens, defending residential construction defect claims, defending and pursuing commercial deficiency in design and construction claims, and defending and pursuing delay claims. In addition to litigation matters, Sarah’s practice includes drafting contracts for small and large commercial projects on behalf of both owners and contractors. Sarah also has experience in other areas of commercial litigation, including general contract disputes, financial services litigation, and other general civil litigation matters.
